The mission of the Center on Research, Evaluation & Analysis is to conduct research and evaluations that are rigorous, successful, and provide useful, timely, and accurate results and reports.

Experience and Expertise

Evaluation involves assessing the strengths and weaknesses of programs, products, and policies to improve their effectiveness, impact, and contributions to the future. CREA has over 20 years of experience in evaluating small and large federal, state, and foundation grant projects and local programs. The CREA team is highly skilled in all areas of research, evaluation and analysis. What sets us apart is our collaborative and tailored approach to each project.

CREA team members represent an impressive array of educational backgrounds and experience, including six team members with a PhD. or Ed.D.  The team brings both experience and expertise to a wide variety of content areas:
