Transforming the Future with PSO Data Workshop
This all day workshop is designed for a school team of 4-5 special education teachers, administrators and support staff who interview your former students about their experiences after they leave the district, or those who collect pre-exit information with the students.
Participants will learn strategies for collecting, analyzing, and using their PSO data to make informed decisions about services and transition programs. We will introduce the evidence-based predictors of post-school employment, education, and independent living success as a framework for implementing in-school transition programs that are likely to lead to more positive post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.
