Title: DEC’s Recommended Practices Inform Personnel Preparation

Description: The purpose of this session is to share innovative methods for helping current and prospective professionals better understand the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Recommended Practices and its supporting evidence as well as how to implement the practices. The focus is on personnel preparation programs.
