Intent to Submit a Proposal for Grant Funding
If you intend to submit a proposal for extramural funding, you must submit this form to the Sponsored
Research Office as soon as you have identified the potential grantor. All proposals for extramural support
of university sponsored activities or programs must be reviewed prior to transmission to the external source of funding. Click here to learn more about submitting a proposal.
External Funding Proposal Routing Form
This form is to be completed by the Principal Investigator/Project Director (PI/PD) submitting theproposal. The purpose of this form is to gather information necessary to obtain appropriate internal
administrative and academic approvals. Submit completed form and proposal package to the

This document formally establishes a uniform policy and procedures for reporting and thoroughly and fairly investigating all instances of alleged or apparent misconduct involving research or creative activity by members of the WOU community regardless of the funding source. This policy applies to all WOU employees and students.
This policy excludes fiscal improprieties, issues concerning the ethical treatment of human and animal subjects, and sexual harassment or discrimination. Other policies address these issues.
