Groups are administered and supported by The National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB).  Groups are a public service provided for members of the Deaf-Blind community (individuals, families, professionals, and interested parties). 

Content within a Group is the responsibility of individual participants and does not necessarily reflect the opinions of The U.S. Department of Education, Western Oregon University, Teaching Research Institute, or NCDB.
