Collaborative workspaces that allow users to share and create knowledge and build relationships.  NCDB Initiative Groups invite state project personnel, families, consumers, and service providers to partner with the national project to tackle issues and develop solutions in priority areas.  Groups allow users to build and share information around a topic. Working together we can build the capacity of systems to support children who are deaf-blind.
