Kjerstin Stanavige is the Centers Coordinator at TRI. She earned a Bachelor of Science in English from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Kjerstin’s primary expertise is in grant proposal development and editing.
Kjerstin started at TRI in 2013 in Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (now Spark). In 2015, she became the Centers Coordinator for TRI. As the Coordinator, she collaborates with TRI's Center Directors to improve communication and strategizing, ensures that TRI’s projects and products maintain cohesive branding, and coordinates the maintenance and growth of TRI’s social media accounts and newsletter. In 2016, Kjerstin took on additional responsibilities as Western Oregon University's Sponsored Research Coordinator, through which she guides faculty through the grant writing process, provides editing and review services, and submits grants on WOU's behalf.
Outside of work, Kjerstin enjoys cooking, exploring the Oregon coast, and spending time with her husband and cat.
