Robbin Bull is the Accessibility Specialist on the National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB) Project. She earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Oregon University in 1991.
Robbin's primary areas of expertise includes accessibility, data management and design, technology support, and web support. She has worked for the The Research Institute for over 18 years, working for the National Deaf-Blind projects (TRACES, NTAC, NCDB) for most of those years. She provides accessibility, technology support and management for project resources along with assisting in the management of data for the National Deaf-Blind Child Count. Robbin has designed many evaluation tools and databases to manage and evaluate project data over the years. In addition, she provides data management technical assistance and support to project staff as well as state deaf-blind project personnel.
