Project Coordinator

Mr. Mark Schalock currently serves as a Project Coordinator within the Center on Deaf-Blindness and a Project Director within the Center on Research, Evaluation and Analysis (CREA). Mr. Schalock earned a BS in Economics from OSU. Mark joined TRI in 1981 to conduct educational benefit-cost analyses. Mark’s primary expertise is in educational research, evaluation and data analysis. He had directed or co-directed numerous evaluation and/or research projects at the local, state and national level for over 30 years, focusing on the areas program and personnel evaluation, teacher preparation and licensure, teacher mentoring and induction, professional development, and more recently autism and deaf-blindness.
