Haylee Marcotte is a Grant Project Assistant for the National Center on Deaf Blindness and the Transition Community Network. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Oregon University. Haylee's primary expertise is in document accessibility, user support and product & web development. Haylee started at TRI in 2017 as a student worker for NCDB. In 2018 she was hired as a Grant project Assistant to NCDB and TCN to help with website development, creating accessible products and curation of the Oregon Transition Handbook.
