Lindsey Cochran received her Master of Public Health from Oregon Health and Science University with an emphasis in program evaluation and Community Based Participatory Research, and holds a B.S. in Child and Family Studies from Portland State University. She is currently the Program Manager for the new statewide child care substitute system that will launch later in 2022. Prior to this role, she worked at TRI as an Early Learning Project Specialist to provide technical assistance to the Child Care Resource & Referral System as well to 211Info, specializing in the Find Child Care Oregon database. Prior to her work at TRI, Lindsey worked as an early childhood researcher and evaluator for Portland State University’s School of Social Work. She has several years of experience conducting community needs assessments and evaluating programs within K-12 settings. Her work on these projects includes developing surveys, recruitment, conducting focus groups, facilitating in-depth interviews, and performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis for reporting.
