Pattie is Project Director for Project PEPI as well as Co-PI on Project PIECE, a five year federal professional development project to recruit, retain, and graduate Early Childhood Education/Early Intervention students from underrepresented backgrounds. Patti is PI on Project EF, Executive Function in Infants and Toddlers Born Low Birth Weight and Preterm, a research project studying the effects of low birth weight on the development of executive function in the first three years of life.

Roxanna has worked for TRI for the past twenty years on multiple state and federal projects in a variety of capacities including administration, providing coordination and technical assistance, and designing and developing websites and curriculum.

Serra is project evaluator on Project PEPI and on other projects with an early childhood/early learning focus. She previously worked on several studies at the University of Oregon about early intervention/early childhood special education. Serra is actively involved with the Division of Early Childhood (DEC).
