Thursday, November 16th Keynote: bob McNeil

bob is a Certified Professional Coach and skilled speaker and facilitator. She has spent the last 22 years shifting youth spaces so young people can reach their potential. bob has worked with local community centers, marginalized communities, outreach, outdoor and inner city school programs, nationally affiliated programs, as well as local community based programs, throughout the US and Canada. 

bob founded “Coaching Leaders” and has spent the last 8 years coaching and facilitating workshops and conversations among leaders and organizations to help grow their intercultural competencies and leadership skills. It’s not uncommon for people to walk out of one of bob’s trainings saying, “That was the best; everyone needs to have this experience!” 


Friday, November 17th Keynote: Dr. Adolph Brown

Possessing limitless energy and vitality, Dr. Adolph Brown, aka “Doc Attitude,” overcame an upbringing of extreme poverty and violence, welfare, fatherlessness, and a single-mother led household.  He is a first generation high school and college graduate, a popular media personality, a noted author, award-winning educator, trained anthropologist and psychologist, columnist, business consultant & coach, sought after motivational speaker, husband, and father of seven. 

Dr. Brown is noted for such books as Championship HabitsREAL TALKMessages From Granddad, and a children's book titled It's Gonna Be A Great Day!  Doc's Story. His background as a CEO, Project Manager, Television Talk Show Host of REAL TALK LIVE, and Founder of Wellness International, brings a wealth of information turned into practical steps for empowered leadership.
