The 2013 National Child Count of Children and Youth who are Deaf-Blind, published by the National Center on Deaf-Blindness in September 2014. This is the only national child count that relates specifically to deaf-blindness. The published report highlights quantitative demographic data, and also offers a summary of implications of the trends that are occurring seeing nationally.
