Jay Gense served as Director of the National Consortium on Deaf-Blindness up until February, 2015. He has 30+ years experience as an administrator and teacher in special education programs, with specific focus on low incidence disabilities at state and national levels. He holds Ed.S., Masters, and BA degrees in Special Education, with an emphasis in the areas of deaf-blindness, blindness, orientation and mobility, and educational administration.
