Children at campBy Taylor Leech

Are you looking for an educational and entertaining way for your child to spend their summer? Summer Camp at the TRI Child Development Center is just that! This camp is open Monday through Friday from June 16 to August 28.

Age Appropriate

The children are divided two groups, based on age. The Butterfly classroom is for children 30 months to Pre-K, and the Cricket classroom for kindergarten to 10 years old.

The children will spend their time taking part in a wide assortment of indoor and outdoor activities. These activities include games on the CDC playground, field trips into the surrounding community, and enjoying special visitors who will bring adventures into the classrooms.

Exciting Activities

Reptile Man holding a hila monster

On the first day of camp the children took a small field trip down to the local park in Monmouth where they watched a presentation by the Reptile Man. He taught them all about the different types of reptiles. They even got to pet a giant python!
