Peer-to-Peer Learning Conversation: Older Youth Recruitment and Retention

Planning an out-of-school time program for middle and high school students has its challenges. It also offers unique opportunities to engage older students in a variety of positive, impactful, and leadership opportunities in our communities. During the August Peer-to-Peer webinar, 21st CCLC staff discussed strategies for recruiting and retaining middle and high school students.
