Monthly Peer-to-Peer Learning Conversations are an opportunity for 21st CCLC directors and coordinators to meet online with their after school colleagues from school districts across Oregon. The intent is to provide a forum where you can share with and learn from the experiences of others about promising practices, and meeting the challenges in providing a quality after school experience to all students. Peer-to-Peer topics are chosen as a result of feedback gained from surveys sent to all 21st CCLC program staff and facilitated by Western Oregon University staff.

We encourage all 21stCCLC directors, coordinators and line staff to take the time and participate in the online sessions. Information on when and how to attend a Peer-to-Peer Learning Conversation are emailed a week prior to the event.
