Career & Technical Education (CTE) enhances and expands opportunities for youth of all ages by helping them to gain technical skills and knowledge, an academic foundation, and real-world experience. During the May, 2015 Peer-to-Peer webinar, Peter Lauf, the Career and Technical Outreach Coordinator for Lane ESD describes the steps his district went through in implementing a CTE program.
