This event will explore the first four steps of the summer planning process: (1) building a program team, (2) conducting a needs assessment, (3) writing SMART goals and (4) planning logistics. Attendees will discover strategies to use for each step to plan, design and implement a high-quality summer learning program, and they will receive planning tools for each step.
