All 2018 awarded 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) Program Directors are required to attend the following ODE training Tuesday, July 31st and Wednesday, August 1st 2018. This will be our first required new sub-grantee training meeting.
This training is being held before and during COSA’s Pre-Conference Session: 2018 Summer Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Institute being held in Eugene.
Each Program Director is responsible to select and notify 2-3 staff (in addition to themselves) for key staff/stakeholders slots. You may ask a federal programs administrator, center principals, community partner lead, and/or fiscal or data personnel.
It is required that you have each person register separately in order to have their registration paid. After the 21st CCLC training you have the opportunity to attend the 2nd and 3rd day of the COSA conference on August 2nd and 3rd, 2018 because your registration will have been paid.
